Helpful Information
    Cleaning our fabrics and other merchandise: Unless otherwise mentioned, you may assume that all our fabrics can be dry cleaned by a competent dry cleaner. Please remove or cover all buttons, ornaments, and trims for best results. Use a cleaner you trust. If you have questions about specific merchandise, please ask. Some delicate fabrics, with surface decoration or specialty weaves, may be fragile. 
     Personal preference may determine whether you pre-clean or pre-treat your fabrics before you sit down to sew. Many experienced sewers have good results, but do your own research and always test on a small sample. All cleaning and treatments are at the customer's own risk. 

• Return Policy
  • All sales of merchandise cut to your order, as well as discounted items, are final, so please use our sample option when available.

    We inspect our merchandise before shipment. Your order of each fabric or trim will be shipped as continuous yardage unless otherwise noted.  We offer samples or small yardages on many of our selections (but not all--some items are limited quantities) for your convenience. Minimums are indicated on each selection if available.  We do not offer returns/exchanges on merchandise cut to your order.
• Shipping Info  
  • Good news! We do not ship partial/incomplete orders without verifying with you.
  • All orders are shipped insured, even with our low cost options! (If you choose an uninsured option for merchandise other than buttons, we will bill you for the difference).
  • We choose an economical method that will also document and protect your shipment.  The shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping charge based on what we have shipped in the past.  We keep an eye on the shipping charges so that you are not overcharged.   You should notice that the shipping charges are very reasonable compared to other online shopping sites.  If you notice something is out of line, please let us know.  It is easy for us to adjust the charge from our end once you have placed your order.
• Privacy
  • ​Privacy is very important to us. We do not share, sell, or store information about you, when you visit our site, period.  We collect your email address only when you opt in.
  • If you contact us through our site, your email address becomes visible to  us. If you make a purchase through our site, your name and shipping address become visible to us. Your payment information is not visible to us.
