This vintage headpiece frame is from the New York bridal and millinery district. This form can easily be decorated with lace trims, appliques, beads, feathers, or rhinestones (or all of the above!).  The edge is stabilized with covered wire. Make a bridal headpiece or fascinator.

This headpiece measures approx. 11" by 6-1/4" across the top at the widest points.
