This embroidered and appliqued netting is studded with crystals for an alluring bodice and/or sleeves.  The scalloped border is on one edge and can be used at the top or bottom of the design feature.  There is also a useable band at the other edge.  18" wide.  This also comes in dark brown--please inquire.
