What did you do for your snow day?

I spent a lot of the day writing and reading, but I also prepped some fabrics for spring sewing. I have a couple of black and white cotton "clips" from a French supplier, which I thought would make beautiful blouses. I'm always hesitant to wash French cottons in horrible city water, but let's face it, they're going to be washed eventually anyway, because I don't like dry cleaning. Those "color grabbers" eased my mind a little bit. 

Now to look through the new Burda and find some blouse patterns!  I want one relatively shapeless blouse and one with buttons down the front!
